What is Softworx Digital?

We’re a digital software and creative solutions company offering custom software, mobile/web development, UI kits, logo design, and digital marketing services — all delivered 100% online.

Are your products physical or digital?

All products and services we offer are digital only — delivered either instantly or via email/download. We don’t ship any physical products.

Where is Softworx Digital based?

Our headquarters are in Dhaka, Bangladesh, but we serve clients worldwide with our digital products and services.

Ordering & Delivery

How do I receive the product after purchase?

After successful payment, you’ll receive a secure download link or email delivery. Instant downloads are available right after checkout. For custom services, we’ll deliver via email within the timeframe specified for your project.

I didn’t receive my product. What should I do?

First, please check your spam/junk folder. If it’s still missing, email us at support@softworxdigital.com with your Order ID. We’ll resend your product within 24 business hours.

Do I need an account to order?

No, you can make purchases as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, manage downloads, access future updates, and receive special offers.

How long do I have access to purchased products?

You get lifetime access to all digital products you purchase. They’re available in your account dashboard for download at any time, and we’ll notify you about any updates.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other digital payment methods through our secure checkout powered by Stripe.

Is my payment information safe?

Yes. All transactions are processed through trusted, PCI-compliant gateways. We do not store your card details on our servers. Your payment information is encrypted and securely processed by our payment partners.

Do you offer payment plans?

For larger custom projects, we offer payment plans. Contact us to discuss options. For digital products under $100, full payment is required at purchase.

Refunds & Returns

Do you offer refunds?

We do not generally offer refunds on digital products unless the file is defective, undelivered, or inaccessible. Please see our Refund Policy for full details and eligibility requirements.

Can I return a product after downloading it?

Unfortunately, no. Digital products are non-returnable once accessed or downloaded due to their nature. We encourage customers to review product demos and descriptions before purchasing.

What if I purchased the wrong product?

If you haven’t downloaded the product, contact us immediately with your order details. We may be able to exchange it for a product of equal value. Once downloaded, exchanges are not possible.

Licensing & Usage

Can I use your products for commercial projects?

Do your products come with updates?

Yes. Products like UI kits and software tools may receive updates, which will be accessible from your email or account dashboard. Major updates are free for one year after purchase.

What if I find a bug in a software product?

Please report it to our support team with details about the issue and your system configuration. We’ll work to resolve it in the next update or provide a workaround.
