At Softworx Digital, we specialize in delivering high-quality digital products and custom software solutions. This Digital Delivery Policy outlines how and when digital products and services will be delivered after a successful order or payment.
1. Delivery Method
All digital products and services are delivered electronically. Depending on the nature of the order, delivery will occur via one or more of the following:
- Direct download link on your user account/dashboard
- Delivery to your registered email address
- Access to a shared project management portal (e.g., Trello, Google Drive, GitHub, or custom CRM)
- API, file upload, or installation on your server (for custom development)
2. Delivery Timeframe
Delivery times vary based on the type of product or service:

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation containing delivery details and estimated completion timelines.
3. Order Confirmation
After you place an order and your payment is successfully processed via Stripe or another approved payment gateway, you will receive:
- A confirmation email with your order ID
- An email with your download link (if applicable)
- Project initiation communication for custom services
If you do not receive a confirmation email within 1 hour, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@softworxdigital.com.
4. Failed or Delayed Delivery
In rare cases, if a delivery is delayed due to technical reasons, incomplete information from your side, or issues beyond our control, we will notify you via email and provide an updated delivery timeline.
Note: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate email addresses, brief, or technical access when required.
5. No Physical Shipping
Softworx Digital only sells digital products and services. No physical items will be shipped. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree that all deliveries are made electronically.
6. Delivery Support
If you face any issues accessing your digital files, projects, or services, please reach out to our support team within 7 days of purchase. We are here to help resolve delivery issues quickly.
