At Softworx Digital, we strive to deliver the highest quality digital services and products to meet our clients’ expectations. Please read this Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products & Services
Due to the nature of digital content and custom software development, all sales are final and non-refundable once the service has commenced or the product has been delivered.
This includes (but is not limited to):
- Website and app development
- UI/UX designs
- Software customizations
- Templates, UI kits, or downloadable files
- Source code deliveries
Once digital goods have been downloaded or accessed, or services have started, no refunds or returns will be issued.
2. Eligibility for a Refund
Refunds may only be issued under the following exceptional conditions:
- The project has not yet started, and a written cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.
- The delivered product is completely non-functional, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days.
- Duplicate payments made by mistake (these will be verified and refunded).
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Partial use of services
- Delays caused by the client (e.g. lack of communication or resources)
- Custom work already approved and delivered
3. Service Modifications
If you’re unsatisfied with a service, we are happy to provide revisions as per the agreed number in your project contract. Please refer to your agreement or project scope for revision policies.
4. Subscription Services
If you subscribe to a recurring plan (e.g. maintenance, hosting, or support), you may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods already in progress.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in suspension or termination of services. We strongly encourage you to contact us at support@softworxdigital.com so we can resolve any issues promptly.
